Gorjuss and Cottage Cutz

Ok, I don't know what the weather's like where you are, but it's is super cold here tonight, lol.  It is supposed to be -44 degrees Celsius here in the morning, and for my American friends, that's -47.2 degrees Fahrenheit!  Crazy right?

Anyways, enough of my complaining, lol...on to the fun stuff.  I have created a card for you featuring Santoro's Gorjuss line, Santoro's Mirabelle line, Spectrum Sparkle, Nuvo Crystal Drops and Cottage Cutz dies.

I colored this Gorjuss girl using my watercolor markers and layered her with paper from the Santoro/Mirabelle Mirabelle 2 paper collection.  I die cut the Cottage Cutz Victorian Butterfly Flourish out of the same paper and covered it with a Spectrum Sparkle pen.  I popped the image and the butterfly on dimensional adhesives and added some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Raspberry Pink to the corners of the image panel.

Hello cold weather!  I don't know about you, but it's starting to get mighty chilly up here in canuck-land.  There isn't much snow to speak of where I am, and the grass still looks green underneath, lol, but it's very cold this morning.  I guess we were due, considering it's almost Christmas!  I have a holiday card to warm your heart today featuring the Santoro/Gorjuss Mini stamp called "Fairy Lights"  This stamp speaks to me because putting lights on the Christmas tree is my absolute least favorite part of decorating lol.  She definitely looks like me trying though lol.

I paired her with some gorgeous (not Gorjuss lol) Kaisercraft "Silver Bells" paper, which unfortunately has been discontinued, and added gold heat embossing around all the edges to add some sparkle.

Quick Creations 2017 Guest Design Team Call--USA & Canada ONLY!

Hello everyone! I am having a Guest Design Team Call for 2017. I am changing the way I do the Guest Design Team positions. In the past, I have done several Guest Design Team members at one time and each person would be on for 3 months with 1-2 projects each month and then I would renew the position if I felt you were a good position for the team and you wanted to continue. For this position, I am doing 1 person per month per month. I have already hand selected January-June, so I only need 4 or 5 more designers. This call is only open to USA & Canada due to high shipping costs.

Here are the requirements for being on the team:

-You will complete 2 projects during the month you are selected to do.

-You must have a blog and post your project on it on your scheduled dates.

-You must also post your project on the Quick Creations blog on your scheduled dates.

-You must share your project on all social media platforms. For example, Facebook (including groups Kit & Clowder, Markers!Digis!Papers!, Passionate Paper Creations, and the Quick Creations group), Instagram, Twitter (if you have it), and Pinterest. You will also post on the Quick Creations Business Page. You will be invited to post on our Pinterest board for Blog Projects as well.

Requirements for the GDT Call:

Hello everyone! I hope that you're doing well. Today is a sad day here at Quick Creations as we are saying goodbye to having Cindy on the team with us. I wish her well and hope that we can work together again sometime. It has been an absolute pleasure having her as part of the team. She has been on our team for 2 years now! Thank you for all your amazing work, Cindy! Anyway, for her last project, Cindy created a super adorable creation using a Swiss Pixie from C.C. Designs, available at Quick Creations! Hi everyone, Leah here, filling in for Noelle :)  I have created four little thank you cards for you today, using the Your Next Stamp "Plant Some Kindness" clear stamps and dies, as well as paper, paper clips and enamel dots from the Simple Stories "Carpe Diem" collection.  I finished them off with some Nuvo Crystal Drops in Sweet Lilac, Caribbean Ocean and Ivory Seashell and Nuvo Glitter Drops in Sherbert Shimmer.
